Basics with Brooke
"Hi, my name is Brooke... and I can't cook."
That admission comes from OPC's own Brooke Clay on her new blog, basicswithbrooke.blogspot.com. Her first post is a full disclosure of how she's promoting pork products but doesn't know how to cook them, yet. The blog will chronicle her journey into the kitchen to learn the basics.
It's sure to be a fun time and may include some video of other OPC staff members showing Brooke what they've learned along the way and maybe even a lesson from a well-known OKC chef. Be sure to log on and also tell your friends and family.
