Pork Cooking Temperature

Serving the perfect bite of pork is all about hitting the ideal internal temperature. For pork that is juicy, delicious, and also safely cooked, you’ll want fresh cuts of pork to reach 145° F. This is true for fresh cuts like pork chops, pork roasts, pork loin, and pork tenderloin. If you’re working with ground pork, make sure it’s cooked to 160° F.
