New Hire Joins the okPORK Team

Oklahoma Pork Council is excited to announce they have filled the communications specialist position with a team member who has remarkable abilities to contribute to the swine industry. Paige Endres was officially welcomed to the team at the end of October.

“We are excited to have Paige Endres join the okPORK team,” said Nikki Snider, director of marketing and communications. “Her excellent communication skills and desire to learn about Oklahoma’s pork industry will make her a valued member of our organization.”

Endres is a 2017 Oklahoma State agribusiness and agricultural communications alumna. She grew up in Yukon, Okla., where she raised and showed hogs since she was nine. Prior to joining the okPORK team, she spent three years in oilfield sales. Endres got married in September 2020, and now resides in Kingfisher, Okla., with her husband, Hunter. She is excited to join the team and begin working with both pork producers and consumers in Oklahoma.

In her role as communications specialist, some of her responsibilities include supervising and conducting the production of all digital and print media, photographing okPORK events and coordinating advertising sales for okPORK publications.

“I am excited to get back to my roots and begin a career in an industry which fueled my passions from a young age,” said Endres. “I cannot wait to familiarize myself with pork producers in Oklahoma and begin to help tell their story.”
